This is the top of our TV, speaker and shelf thingie in the living room. Yes, those are strips of scotch tape.Why do we decorate our living room in such a fashion?
Because we have shelves directly over them. And because we have annoying cats who can't pass up the opportunity to sit on a high shelf. Even if the shelves already are occupied by stuff. Breakable stuff. That ends up smashed on the floor when a big fat annoying cat tries to squeeze its hairy butt somewhere it doesn't belong.
The last time they broke something and Hubby did this, it only took one jump and getting covered in tape to stop them.
The sight of a cat trying to shake scotch tape of its feet is almost worth the broken pottery.
